I ordered a plant this morning and have a confirmed order number but did not receive a confirmation email or any estimate on the delivery time.
Could you please provide these? I was hoping this would be a valentine’s day gift for my wife.
Also, I thought I read on the website that these were live plants but it’s not really clear if they are live plants or just seeds or bulbs.

I am trying to place an order but I don’t understand I have soil bag and container means? Will it not come in the container? How will it be shipped?

All plants come with soil but if you choose soil you will receive and extra big bag and soil just for plant it and keep it in that container if you choose “i have soil and container or no soil” you will receive the tree with the soil to keep it alive during travel but you should have a large container ready for planting

I have order several time from them and had one tree that came in dried and brown .all other grow successfully.the tree I got that fail to thrive was a grafted tree if that make any difference.So far I will say so good is just communication wise they are very terrible.
